Philip Reagan Haynes, born on September 1, 2004, in Orange Park, Florida, was a vibrant and talented soul whose passing on November 24, 2024, left a profound impact on all who knew him. A junior at Florida State University pursuing a degree in business marketing and a 2022 graduate of Fleming Island High School, Philip was a shining example of kindness, creativity, and determination.

Philip excelled both as an athlete and a musician, thriving in sports like baseball, lacrosse, and wrestling while teaching himself to play the keyboard, drums, and guitar with remarkable skill. He also had a deep love for film, whether it was creating Youtube videos, telling stories through the lens, or stepping in front of the camera himself. His positivity and love for life inspired everyone around him, and he had a gift for creating memories that brought joy to others.

To honor his legacy, the Philip Reagan Haynes Always See the Good Foundation provides scholarships to Fleming Island High School graduates who are passionate about sports, music, or the arts. Additionally, the foundation supports community college students who transfer to Florida State University with an AA degree, majoring in marketing or film—fields close to Philip’s heart.
